There's a 'cross racing festival at the same time, but since I'm not a 'cross kind of guy, I have no idea if it's something that's part of it. For sure the racing will be separate, i.e. you'll have to pay for that as a USAC racer.
Anyway, as the page above says, it's the first time Interbike has invited the general public.
