It encourages you to be thinner, at least it does that to me.

2. Use heat rub. You can use weaker stuff since you are indoors, but Atomic Balm is awesome when used indoors. Remember not to shave in the 8-10 hours before using the Balm, so shave the night before.Akihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00430651087205849350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36139180.post-28678015764299255742008-12-02T12:06:00.000-05:002008-12-02T12:06:00.000-05:00Epstein-Barr Virus is the virus that causes 'Mono'...Epstein-Barr Virus is the virus that causes 'Mono'.

Great post as always Aki :)

-Young riderAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36139180.post-36141620615475440992008-12-01T18:35:00.000-05:002008-12-01T18:35:00.000-05:00The Epstein-thing is Epstein-Barr syndrome. I believe Jonathon Page had it in the 90's and he lost some form for the better part of 2 years. So, to avoid Epstein-Barr, do not, under any circumstances, share a water-
bottle with anyone you are riding, racing, training or suffering with. It is usually spread by sharing saliva, or other mucus from an infected person. Some people may not know that they are contaminated since the incubation period is roughly 4-6 weeks.
So no matter how motivated you would be to ride, complete rest is best. With that being said, sometimes rest is the best training tool an athlete can master. How hard to train and how much rest to recover from training.
A very key component to training.
I've been resting for 20yrs now!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36139180.post-23425318907695956062008-11-30T22:44:00.000-05:002008-11-30T22:44:00.000-05:00I love these insights.
